R.G.S.L.  MINOR LEAGUE TOURNAMENT

RULES AND REGULATIONS

A coin toss will determine the home team

All players must have a uniform number on the back of their shirt for identification purposes.

Game balls will be supplied (11”), however scorebooks will have to be supplied by each team.

The format for play will be double elimination with winners and losers bracket.

There will be (15) trophies per team awarded throughout the tournament.  Participant runners-up, first place trophies and the first place winning team trophy will be given.  There will also be (1) MVP trophy per tournament.

Home team has the official book.

International tie breaker rule will apply.  (A runner will be placed at 2^nd base at the start of the inning.)

No ASA, GSA, or NSA players are allowed.  Please remember this is a “B” tournament for in-house all-star teams.  The exception to the rule is, if a town has only a traveling team because of the number of players in its league, will be considered.

Birth certificates, rosters and tournament fees are due at the date on the cover letter.
